This site explains how we work. Read it, share it, use it to decide whether to talk to us. It is information about our services, not professional advice — decisions about your business remain yours.

How engagements start

Nothing on this site creates an engagement. Consulting work begins only when both sides sign an agreement, and that agreement — not this page — governs the work, including scope, commercials, and confidentiality.

Metrics we label "illustrative" are examples of the shape of an outcome, not commitments. Real targets are set against a baseline you sign at the start of an engagement.

What's ours

The content, design, and Krayso name and mark on this site belong to us. Quote us with attribution freely; don't republish pages as your own or use the brand in a way that suggests we endorse something we haven't seen.

No warranties

We keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided as-is: we don't guarantee it is complete or error-free, and we aren't liable for decisions taken on the strength of a marketing site alone. Anything that matters gets written into a signed agreement first.

Changes

We update these terms as the site evolves; the effective date at the top tells you when that last happened.
