Why Krayso exists
Built for the companies caught in the middle.
The mid-market is caught between enterprise consultancies it can't afford and out-of-the-box AI it can't operationalize. Krayso is built for that gap: we re-engineer how the business runs, one workflow at a time, and prove the result against a baseline you sign before we start.
The name
Why “Krayso”?
Every AI company named itself after a promise. We went the other way. Krayso is coined — it means nothing yet, and that is the point. A company built on the idea that value has to be measured, not asserted, shouldn't carry a name that makes an unearned claim. What Krayso comes to stand for will be built from the work we do and the outcomes we can prove, one company at a time.
We didn't name the company after a promise. Ask us again in three years — the answer will be in the scoreboard, not the branding.
What we stand on
What we believe
Proof over promises
Every claim traces to a signed baseline and a live scoreboard. The category sells decks; we publish numbers. This governs the marketing, the product, and the audit gate that earns each engagement.
People and AI, in that order
Humans hold authority; agents earn autonomy. We speak in capacity created, never headcount removed — and we say it plainly to the workforce, not just the board.
Built to hand over
Clean graduation, and a platform good enough that clients renew by choice rather than necessity. What we build is yours to run — nothing is engineered to trap you. Leaving well is the proof of the promise.
The commitments behind the pillars
- Honest measurement — no number is called verified until it is.
- People enabled, not discarded.
- Your data stays yours — data sovereignty by default.
- Human authority over agents, always.
- The right to decline work that doesn't fit.
The operators
Who's behind it?
Two operators who met on the Regent's Canal in Camden. You'll be buying into the approach, not the personalities — but you should know whose track record stands behind it.
