Pricing

Priced so each step earns the next.

Not a big cheque up front. Each phase is small enough to say no to, and only the phases you complete get billed.

Why there are no numbers on this page

Because the honest answer depends on your business, and we haven't audited it yet.

Pricing is driven by real scope — how many workflows, how complex each one is, how often they run. Publishing a generic range before that's known would either understate what a genuinely complex engagement costs, or overstate what a simple one does. We'd rather show you the mechanics and give you a real number once we know what we're pricing.

Audit · Build · Platform

The audit

A fixed fee, for one workflow, and a decision either way.

A focused audit of a single process: where the time and money go, what we'd automate first, and the baseline we'll measure everything else against. This is the paid gate — if it doesn't fit, we say so, and you owe nothing more.

The build

Priced by how complex the work is — not by how long it takes.

A one-off fee to build the workflow into production, scoped against complexity: how many systems it touches, how much decision logic is involved, how many exceptions it needs to handle. Two workflows of similar complexity cost about the same, whether one takes half the time of the other.

The platform

An ongoing fee per live workflow — and it gets cheaper as you add more.

Your running system: the operating blueprint, benchmarks, and support, for as long as you stay. Priced by complexity and how often a workflow runs. Add more workflows and the per-workflow cost falls — savings that compound, and don't reverse if usage dips later.

What that means in practice

  • AI model costs carry a small markup — enough to cover managing them, not to profit on them. Routing each step to the right model, monitoring performance, and handling failover all take real work. We pass through what that costs us to run, not a margin on top of your spend.

  • Bring your own model or API key if you'd rather. Removes our management overhead, and the markup along with it.

  • You can walk away around 90 days in. Only after that do you commit to a longer term — we'd rather earn that decision than lock you into it before we've proven anything.

  • Cost only moves one direction. As you add workflows, the platform gets more cost-efficient per workflow — never the reverse.
